MANUFACTURING BOOKKEEPER
$27 - $32 per hourCorporate Resources

For more than 50 years, we've manufactured electronic components used in industrial automation, medical equipment, and other specialized applications. We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day accounting operations, with a focus on bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and routine AP/AR activities.
Prepare routine bank reconciliations, research discrepancies, and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
Process vendor payments through ACH, checks, wire transfers, and electronic payment platforms.
Record payments and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
Prepare customer invoices, post incoming payments, and maintain accounts receivable records.
Research and resolve routine payment, invoice, and account discrepancies.
Maintain accounting records and assist with general ledger updates.
Previous bookkeeping or hands-on accounting experience, including accounts payable or accounts receivable.
Experience preparing bank reconciliations and researching discrepancies is required.
Familiarity with vendor payments and routine accounting transactions.
Experience in Microsoft Office.
