Multi-plant responsibility for a great family owned food company who has an iconic brand!
The Sr. Director of Operations leads all US manufacturing operations for a frozen food branded company with strong seasonal and agricultural roots.
This role drives operational excellence through a focus on safety and continuous improvement and will build a high-performance culture, rooted in collaboration to ensure products are produced to the highest standards of food safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
Ideal Candidates will have the following:
Strong experience managing a large food or beverage manufacturing plant
Track record of getting results through people, process, and systems
Exposure to implementing Lean, TPM or Similar CI programs
Ability to set a clear vision, develop a plan, and execute
