Senior Recruiter - Immediate

What We Can Achieve Together:The Senior Recruiter, provides full-service recruitment processes for our Midwest Division; supporting the full vertical of hiring needs from entry level to senior level roles (Manager-Director level). This position will include developing a pipeline of potential talent, networking and building partnerships. This person will provide guidance and support to hiring managers and manage the recruitment database. They will recruit and hire mid-level positions in the Division, as well as coordinate with the Executive Recruiters on executive level positions. The Senior Recruiter will be a member of the Talent Acquisition team, and an integral part of the Midwest Division working to create a positive experience for all candidates and fulfill the recruiting needs across The Nature Conservancy.We’re Looking for You:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and support our mission by finding the next great talent to help us save our planet.The Senior Recruiter is a partner and subject matter expert for hiring managers and is responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of the recruitment process for the Midwest Division including the smooth transition to the on-boarding process. They will bring innovative ideas to build and implement effective, proactive, and efficient recruitment strategies and processes to address the talent for all non-term-limited mid-level positions. This includes activities such as reviewing job postings and creating candidate profiles, using the HR Recruitment process and system to post jobs, update applicant status, communication with applicants, conducting pre-screening and phone interviews, networking with associations, and providing guidance and information to hiring managers and Operations staff. They will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 7 years recruiting work experience or equivalent combination (including HR concepts, processes, and services).Experience Recruiting for leadership roles; Experience in sourcing, including candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development.Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; data input, manipulation and analysis.Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes.Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences including experience working with or recruiting for global teams.Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience a plus.Experience working in a start-up like environment, and assisting to create processes and/or the experience of rolling out a new process/project a plus.Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
