Job Description SBM Site Services is hiring a Human Resources Generalist for our office in South San Francisco, CA. The Human Resources Generalist will responsible for administering policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity.

Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance

Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions

Keeps records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting

Handles leave administration for designated sites

Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs

Supervision of one HR Assistant

Some travel may be required for this position

3 – 5 years of Human Resources experience required; Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or employees

Knowledge of HRIS Human Resource systems, Excel Spreadsheets and Word Processing software

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
