Client service rep - billing

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for our policyholders by assisting with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and day-to-day insurance needs while helping strengthen long-term customer relationships.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

Provide exceptional service to existing policyholders via phone, email, and in person.

Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, payments, endorsements, and policy changes.

Support customers throughout the claims process by answering questions and coordinating with claims representatives.

Process policy updates, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and documentation accurately.

Review customer accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend scheduling a review with a licensed team member when appropriate.

Maintain accurate customer records within agency management systems.

Follow up with customers to ensure questions and service requests have been fully resolved.

Assist with appointment scheduling and daily office operations.

Build strong relationships that promote customer retention and satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with agency team members to provide a seamless customer experience.

Previous customer service experience required.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.

Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.

Strong computer skills and ability to learn agency management systems.

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience in banking, financial services, retail management, hospitality, healthcare, or another customer-facing environment.
