As an Account Executive, you will help IT leaders move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive experience management. You will show customers how Nexthink gives them real-time visibility, actionable insights, and automation to improve employee productivity, reduce friction, and deliver measurable business value.

Prospect, qualify, and develop a strong pipeline of target accounts.

Lead account planning focused on customer pain, business outcomes, and measurable value.

Run high-quality discovery with IT, Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Service Desk, and Operations leaders.

Coordinate internal resources across pre-sales, professional services, customer success, marketing, and partners.

Build trust with customers by becoming a credible advisor on Digital Employee Experience.

Work with Nexthink partners to strengthen account coverage and customer impact.

Lead negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management with a win-win mindset.

2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in inside sales, commercial sales, or a closing role.

Proven track record of pipeline generation, opportunity creation, and quota achievement.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and modern sales tools.

Ability to quickly learn Nexthink’s platform, the DEX category, and customer use cases.

The base salary for this role is $70,000-87,000 gross per year, with a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $130,000-160,000 with additional opportunity to earn commissions above this range.

This segment is full of companies that are mature enough to feel the pain of digital complexity, but agile enough to move fast when they see value. You will have the chance to open new accounts, shape customer thinking, and help IT leaders prove their impact on employee productivity.
