Roofing Estimator/Sales

Valentine Roofing is seeking a highly driven individual with upstanding moral character to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and the ability to work autonomously. The job requires working Monday to Friday and some weekends, with the daily schedule determined by the office. You will start each workday from your home and drive your company sales van directly to each appointment.

About the Position

Work days are typically Mon-Fri with occasional evenings and weekends

Responsible for accurately estimating home exterior projects

Daily communications with customers and office

Build positive customer relationships

Manage lead pipeline

Attend in-home sales meetings

Skills

Professional communication between yourself, the customer, and the office

Adherence to a daily schedule and ability to manage a calendar

Ability to manage a sales pipeline and appointment schedule

Can demonstrate problem resolution at a high level

Organized and detail-oriented

Exhibits accountability and dependability

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales experience, preferred

Ability to completely own a pipeline and move leads down the sales funnel to close jobs

Ability to maintain all company standards Alignment with company culture is a must

Adherence to company safety standards

Valid Driver License and a safe driving record
