Create and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that attract top talent for critical business needs

• Bring our employer brand to life through compelling stories, engaging content, and authentic employee experiences
• Manage and grow our presence across social media, employer review sites, and digital talent channels
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, and Marketing teams to support hiring priorities across the organization
• Enhance the candidate experience through career site optimization and digital engagement strategies
• Use data, analytics, and market insights to improve attraction, engagement, and conversion outcomes
• Lead projects and partnerships that strengthen Dollar General's reputation as an employer of choice

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2-4 years of experience in employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment marketing, social media, communications, or a related field
• Experience creating engaging digital and social content that attracts talent and drives candidate engagement
• Strong storytelling, writing, communication, and content development skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to improve outcomes and optimize campaigns
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships across Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, Marketing, and business teams
• Passion for employer branding, candidate experience, social media, and connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities

Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, Talent Acquisition marketing, or talent attraction strategy

• Experience with career sites, candidate personas, audience segmentation, and employer review platforms
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management platforms, CRM systems, advertising tools, and analytics tools
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content development, research, efficiencies, and candidate engagement strategies

You're a strategic storyteller who understands talent attraction, loves bringing brands to life, uses data to drive decisions, and gets excited about creating meaningful connections between candidates and career opportunities.
If you've successfully built campaigns, developed employer brand content, influenced candidate engagement, leveraged analytics to improve results, and partnered across teams to solve complex hiring challenges.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, CRM tools, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled content tools is highly valued.
