Conduct routine and specialized laboratory testsencompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morein accordance with established procedures.
Evaluate test results for accuracy, address discrepancies, and ensure all lab instruments undergo routine maintenance and calibration.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when required.
Document all processes meticulously, mentor new personnel or students, and contribute to maintaining the highest lab quality standards.
Foster a safe, organized work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, complemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
