We are seeking experienced Transactional Paralegals to support a leading law firm client on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Assist with due diligence, document management, and closing activities

• Coordinate signature collection and execution of legal documents
• Conduct legal, corporate, and property-related research as needed
• Provide administrative and project support for multiple ongoing matters

3+ years of transactional paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department

• Experience supporting corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, or other commercial matters
• Strong document management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
• Onsite in New York City Monday through Friday
• Immediate availability preferred

Prior law firm experience
• The Compensation range for this role is $30.00 to 40.00 hourly. Performance during screening and interview
