Senior Systems Engineering
Atlas Search
Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware, Azure, AWS, and Citrix environments, ensuring high availability, security, and operational performance.
Manage infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, including system upgrades, patching, monitoring, capacity planning, and documentation while following architectural best practices.
Provide Tier 3 support for critical infrastructure and back‑office applications, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with Help Desk and engineering teams to resolve production incidents.
Automate and optimize infrastructure operations through PowerShell scripting, monitoring, security enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across a global enterprise environment.
Requirements 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure engineering experience, preferably within a financial services or trading environment, with expertise in Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, Citrix, and Microsoft technologies.
Strong hands‑on experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including IaaS/PaaS services, networking, identity management, storage, virtualization, and cloud security best practices.
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure technologies including Cisco UCS, Pure Storage, SCCM, Microsoft Defender, Intune, Office 365, vulnerability management, authentication protocols (SAML, Kerberos, MFA), and PowerShell automation.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills with the ability to support a global 24x7 environment; experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), SQL Server, and Azure governance tools is a plus.
