Job Description

Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design individualized therapy approaches aimed at facilitating their functional achievements
Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients' physical abilities, cognitive function, and daily habits
Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to uphold a holistic approach to patient care
Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their families about therapeutic techniques to support sustained progress outside the clinical settings
Track and Document Progress: Monitor patients' development and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing alignment with their rehabilitation goals
Education
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and actively supported
Certifications
Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
