Senior Project Manager, Public Infrastructure, DFW, TXHalff has an opening in our DFW area offices (Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Richardson, TX) for a Professional Civil Engineer with 12 or more years of experience in public works, municipal roadway, drainage, detention, water/wastewater utility design, and/or utilities design. The position will be for a Project Manager interested in managing design and construction for a wide range of public and private infrastructure projects. Projects include, yet not limited to, roadways, drainage systems, water and wastewater pipelines, civil site work and associated civil improvements in land development as well as public parks and trails facilities. This position offers an excellent career development opportunity for someone looking to grow with Halff, with potential for not only business and personal growth, but ownership in the firm.What you will do:This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design and construction of infrastructure projects for the Public Infrastructure practice.This position requires strong design and project management experience and knowledge of working with local entities.The role will have a large amount of autonomy in managing other professional engineers, engineers-in-training, and CAD designers.Manage design and plan production as well as manage clients and supervise technical staff through workshare opportunities with various practices and offices at Halff.This position shall value and be active in professional organizations that benefit the Public Infrastructure Industry.Develop a network of municipal clients and teaming partners.Develop and manage project scope, personnel, budgets, schedules and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.Manage other consultant teams and the workload of design staff including Engineers, EITSs, and technical staff that contribute to the growth and safety of Texas.Report on project progress and budgets.Work with the Public Infrastructure Team Leader and Operations Managers in business development activities.What you will need:Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent engineering degreeProfessional Engineer (P.E.)
