About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, resourceful, and people-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team and support the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple industries and positions.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of recruitment experience who is highly skilled in RecruitCRM, candidate sourcing, screening, and talent engagement . Beyond recruiting, you will also help strengthen our employer brand , attract top talent, and contribute to recruitment marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with recruiters, account managers, candidates, and clients while developing the skills and experience needed to grow into more senior recruiting roles over time.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels
Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
Manage candidate communications and provide an exceptional candidate experience
Maintain accurate records and workflows in RecruitCRM
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Create and publish job postings across multiple platforms
Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns and talent attraction strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs
Track recruitment metrics and maintain organized candidate databases
Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
Strong experience using RecruitCRM (required)
Proven experience in candidate sourcing and talent mapping
Strong screening and interviewing skills
Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional English proficiency (B2+ preferred)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
