Luxor Healthcare strives for excellence! We are looking for a Weekend Wound Care Nurse LPN / RN (WCC, WOCN) to join our team, providing support across multiple buildings in a flexible float-style role to assist with weekend wound care needs.

Responsibilities of Wound Care Nurse LPN / RN (WCC, WOCN): Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization and the state of Missouri
Complete wound treatments for residents in a skilled nursing facility
Implement and monitor patient care plans; monitor, record, and communicate resident condition
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
Coordinate with wound care providers and oversee nursing staff wound treatments
Provide resident‑specific education to CNAs and nurses for wound care and prevention
Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents’ care, and implementation of schedules for residents
You’ll be great to join our Wound Care team because you have… Active LPN or RN license in the state of MO
Some wound care experience preferred
Certification preferred but not required
Minimum Experience: One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
