Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy programs designed to help them reach their functional objectives.

Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work in close partnership with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.

Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques to foster ongoing progress outside of therapy sessions.

Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective healing.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
