Pay or shift range: $Our full-service company is comprised of planning, architecture, design, construction, marketing, and resident experience professionals—all in-house and working together every day to envision and create uniquely beautiful places.
Westhaven Golf Club has full-time cook positions available. Flexible schedules are offered.
Working knowledge of applicable health and sanitation regulations and a desire to provide membership with an exceptional dining experience a must. This is a scratch operation with emphasis on regional products when available.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation are maintained at all times.
Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing kitchen supplies.
Uphold food safety and sanitation regulations to comply with health department standards.
Participate in daily kitchen prep and clean-up activities.
Team player attitude and ability to foster professional relationships with golf club members, employees and guests.
Working knowledge of applicable health and sanitation regulations.
Must work well with Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless service.
Preparing and expediting great food by checking methods of cooking, portion sizes and garnishes, ensuring a quality product.
Two years of experience as a line cook preferred, not required.
Great work ethic with a passion for exceeding member expectations and a commitment to excellence resulting in high quality member and guest service.
