Compounder Needed ASAP

We are currently hiring across multiple levels—from Assistant and Junior Compounders to experienced Compounding Leads .

In this role, you will be responsible for the precise blending and mixing of liquid ingredients to create high-quality food and supplement products. Accurately weigh, measure, and combine raw materials according to Master Batch Records (MBR).

Equipment Operation: Operate industrial mixers, blenders, pumps, and scales; ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized (CIP/COP) between batches.

Quality Control: Monitor temperatures, pH levels, and mixing speeds to ensure the final product meets chemical and physical specifications.

Safety & Compliance: Follow all cGMP, FDA, and OSHA safety guidelines, including the proper handling of chemicals and raw materials.

Experience: Previous experience in compounding, batching, or chemical mixing (Food, Pharma, or Cosmetics preferred).

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Mathematical Skills: Strong ability to perform basic math and conversions (grams, liters, kilograms).

Ability to handle heavy raw materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for the duration of the shift.

Early Shift: Great 6:00 AM start time, allowing you to finish your workday by mid-afternoon.
