Litigation Paralegal (Temp- Remote)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a collaborative and high-stakes legal environment to join the team at one of the nation's leading boutique law firms!

This is a phenomenal opportunity for an experienced paralegal who loves the excitement and energy that comes when working with a legal team in the heat of high-stakes trials!

The role is OT eligible, and it will be a hybrid schedule requiring three days of onsite work in the firm's beautiful Houston office and two days remote.

Utilize litigation support systems, specifically Relativity, iManage, Westlaw and Harvey

Perform substantive research and analysis

Draft witness outlines, prepare deposition exhibits, and work with experts and witnesses

Collaborate with e-discovery project manager to facilitate the process from collection through production across all formats

Drafting and manage trial exhibit lists, deposition designations, witness lists, and other required pretrial filings, exhibit tracking, testimony time, and assist with all other attorney assignments during court proceedings

Travel to and participate in trials or arbitrations will be required

Bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate

Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in litigation required, including trial prep and attendance

Experience filing documents in various jurisdictions, including both state and federal courts

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, and document management systems (iManage, SharePoint)

Experience with various Artificial Intelligence (AI) legal tools (Harvey, CoCounsel, Lexis+)
