Paralegal - Medical Records

Paralegal
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case intake through trial
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery (state and federal)
Manage discovery process, including document review and production
Summarize medical records, depositions, and expert reports
2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and court filings
Experience with medical records review and case chronologies
Proficiency with legal research tools and e‑filing systems
We are a highly regarded, multi‑state law firm serving clients across the East Coast with practice areas in civil litigation, corporate law, business planning, family law, and estate planning.
We have a distinguished track record in medical professional liability and aging services defense in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and beyond.
