Accounting/Bookkeeper - Immediate Hire

This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys managing multiple client accounts, providing full-charge bookkeeping support, and building trusted relationships with clients. The selected candidate will work with a portfolio of approximately 20 clients across various industries and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting monthly accounting functions.

Provide full-charge bookkeeping services for a portfolio of client accounts

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash applications, billing, and vendor/customer account maintenance

Prepare and post journal entries, perform bank and account reconciliations, and maintain general ledger activity

Generate trial balances, financial statements, and other client reporting packages

Support month-end and year-end close processes, including fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules

Communicate directly with clients to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide ongoing accounting support

At least 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting multiple clients or entities

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and general accounting principles

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and month-end close activities

Tax preparation or tax support experience is helpful but not required.
