Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Starting Wage: $24.04- 28.84 per hour

Procurement & Purchasing
Source and evaluate vendors to procure quality goods, equipment, and services at the best value.
Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and recommend purchasing decisions that support agency needs and budgets.
Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality products and reliable service.
Monitor purchasing expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure purchases comply with agency policies and ethical sourcing practices.
Assist with purchasing reports, documentation, and audit requests as needed.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
Partner with Finance, Facilities, Operations, and other departments to understand purchasing needs and provide procurement solutions.
Evaluate purchasing processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 3-5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of purchasing procedures, vendor management, and contract administration.
