Human Resources Manager
We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager who is passionate about developing people, strengthening culture, and helping build an organization where employees can do their best work.
This is more than an HR position; it's an opportunity to be a strategic business partner who influences company culture, supports leadership, and helps shape the future of a growing construction company.
Lead all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws while helping modernize HR processes.
