Human Resources Generalist (Remote-Flexible)

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, well-rounded HR Generalist with a strong internal drive to support a large, fast‑paced, non‑union 24/7 manufacturing organization in a stable but growing business. This role will work fully onsite at the manufacturing facility in the greater Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, there is no remote work offered. The general schedule is M‑F from 8a - 5p with flexibility needed to be present for off‑shifts at times. This role works in a team of 4 HR professionals and will operate in this highly collaborative environment.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional employee experience by:

Providing HR support with an employee‑first mindset

Partnering with leaders to support performance, engagement, and culture initiatives

Assisting with employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR best practices

Ensuring policies and processes align with a positive, high‑performing workplace

2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role in a fast‑paced manufacturing or distribution environment

Well‑rounded knowledge across core HR functions

Bilingual English and Spanish full professional proficiency/fluency - including reading, writing and conversation

Solutions‑based approach with continuous process improvement top of mind

Ability to flex schedule when needed to connect with other shifts

Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – with flexibility needed to be present for off‑shifts at times
