The Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all functions of the Human Resources Department, including Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Recruiting. Oversee compliance with all federal and state laws, as well as company policies, as they affect HR, Payroll and Recruiting.
Oversee HR department and advise HR Managers.
Set policies and procedures, and assist Operations in managing their personnel.
Ensure that the Recruiters are effective in serving Operations with all their hiring needs.
Ensure Recruiting Coordinators are providing effective onboarding services.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or similar field.

• 10 years of related experience, including employee relations experience.
• Understanding of the laws affecting payroll, HR, leave management, benefits, and all employee related issues.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred
