Payroll/HR Generalist/Manufacturing

Multi-billion-dollar manufacturing company located in the Livonia MI area is looking for a Human Resource Generalist
JOB DUTIES Administer benefits programs (vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, FMLA, short and long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance for hourly employees)
Work with leadership to address and resolve routine and complex problems by applying policy knowledge and experience, facilitating problem solving, providing guidance and advice in a way that integrates with the Plant/business needs.
Evaluates and recommends improvements to HR processes and procedures
Purchase Order processing, data entry, reporting, recruiting administration (scheduling interviews and phone screens
Payroll Administrator (ADP)
REQUIRED Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist or related role
