Human Resources GeneralistJoin Stress Care of New Jersey and work alongside a dynamic, caring, and mission-driven team dedicated to supporting individuals in behavioral health and addiction recovery.Stress Care of New Jersey is a licensed Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Center accredited by The Joint Commission. We provide a full continuum of outpatient services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy, group therapy, intensive outpatient programs, and partial care across multiple New Jersey locations.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with 1–3 years of HR experience to support day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration in a healthcare environment.This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and conducting initial interviewsCoordinate and facilitate onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentationMaintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR filesSupport employee relations by addressing basic concerns and escalating issues when appropriateEnsure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and healthcare regulatory requirements (State of NJ, Joint Commission, etc.)Assist with HR administrative tasks such as personnel updates, benefits coordination, and reportingSupport HR initiatives across multiple locations as neededMaintain professionalism and confidentiality in all employee and organizational mattersRequired Qualifications1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (required)Experience in recruiting and onboarding (required)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldExperience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred, but not requiredStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsAbility to work independently while supporting a team environmentHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detailBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time offEmployee discount programTuition reimbursementReferral programProfessional development supportScheduleFull-time, 8-hour shifts
