Head of Internal Communications

Supporting the Oregon Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, the full-time Communications Coordinator will manage internal and external communications, develop promotional materials, and implement communication strategies to enhance the center's profile and facilitate research study recruitment.
Key responsibilities
Communicate with stakeholders to share information and facilitate recruitment for research studies
Develop and implement communication strategies, including creating promotional materials and managing web content
Utilize independent judgment and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and collaborate with team members
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience
Experience with public-facing communication and engagement
Skills in content strategy, digital content marketing, and website content management
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to translate complex information for public audiences
