Haley & Bear American Bistro is looking for reliable line cooks to join our team in downtown Concord. We serve restaurant guests, banquets, and catering events, so every day brings something different.
We have full-time and part-time openings , with morning and evening shifts available.

What Youll Do
As a line cook, you will help prepare fresh, high-quality food in a clean and organized kitchen.
You will:

Cook menu items for the restaurant, banquets, and catering
Work stations like grill, saut, oven, and pantry
Prep hot and cold food
Follow recipes, portions, and plating standards
Label, date, rotate, and store food safely
Keep your station clean and ready
Follow food safety rules
Support the team during busy service

Requirements:
What Were Looking For

Reliable

Calm under pressure
Willing to learn
Proud of good food and a clean kitchen
Able to follow directions and ask questions when needed
Kitchen experience is preferred, but a strong attitude and work ethic matter too.
Schedule:
5 Nights a week 2pm - 10pm

Prior kitchen, cooking, or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift and carry items as needed
Ability to work in a hot, busy kitchen
Non-slip shoes recommended
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
Requires walking, sitting, and standing to a significant degree, reaching, handling, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing, and smelling
Lifting up to 100 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying or transporting of food, objects or equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
