Fast-growing Family Law and Probate Firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of family law litigation matters.

Family law and probate experience are NOT required but preferred.

Hybrid/Work From Home may be available for the proper candidate. Your experience level will dictate any Hybrid/WFH opportunities.

If you are a fast learner and have the core skills needed, we can train you on the finer points of this field of law. This candidate should be a team player willing to do whatever is necessary to help clients and team members.

Fact and legal research
Draft and respond to Discovery
Draft pleadings, including answers, counterclaims, complaints, and motions
Draft correspondence
Prepare exhibits and other documents for the court
Copying, scanning, and other administrative work
Delegate work to Legal Assistants
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 2+ years as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal (Family Law preferred but not required)
• Ability to work overtime when necessary
• Ideally, this is an in-office position at our Alpharetta location, but we can be flexible for the right fit (See Above)
• Ability to excel in a team environment
• Experience in billing your time is greatly preferred
