Manage all local purchasing and supply management activities, including sourcing, quoting, supplier selection, purchase order processing, and on-time delivery of materials and services

Serve as the primary purchasing contact and subject matter expert for local suppliers, internal customers, and regional market requirements while supporting global procurement initiatives

Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, maintain SAP purchasing data, generate procurement reports, and ensure compliance with internal purchasing standards

Build and maintain effective supplier relationships by resolving escalations, managing acknowledgements, expediting critical orders, and supporting vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and vending programs

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to support business needs, optimize procurement processes, and improve purchasing efficiency and service levels

Monitor supplier performance through scorecards, business reviews, and development projects to ensure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability objectives are achieved

Manage invoice reconciliation, past-due orders, and supply chain disruptions by coordinating action plans to meet short-term demand requirements and resolve critical supply issues

Ensure compliance with company policies, the Code of Conduct, ISO standards, cGMP requirements, and all procurement-related procedures and controls

Promote a safe work environment by supporting EHS initiatives, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining workplace safety and housekeeping standards

Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, or related field, required

Minimum of five years of experience in Material Planning or Purchasing, required

Thorough MS Office applications, SAP and electronic QMS systems
