Our client is a boutique California law firm focused on administrative, regulatory, health care, employment, and government law. We're looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney who wants more than another traditional law firm role. This is an opportunity for an attorney who is confident managing complex matters, enjoys having autonomy, and wants to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of a respected statewide practice.

Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings throughout California

Mentor attorneys and help shape the development of our legal team

Build toward leadership and potential partnership

Work remotely, hybrid, or from our San Luis Obispo headquarters

Maintain a career that leaves room for a life outside the office

6+ years of legal experience

• Strong litigation strategy, writing, and client communication skills
• An interest in mentoring and developing other attorneys
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to practicing law
