Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established protocols.
Interpret findings for precision, address errors proactively, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Support specimen collection and prepare samples for evaluation as necessary.
Document all processes meticulously, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
Ensure a clean, compliant workspace, and follow all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of employment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, particularly in quality assurance and documentation.
