Emergency Nurse
Full-Time Variable - Nights and Days
Requirements:

RN License
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
BLS from American Red Cross or American Heart Association with at least 3 months left before expiration is required upon hire
Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver patient and family-centered care using the nursing process, incorporating developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive practices.
Communicate effectively within nursing and inter-professional teams to advocate for patient values and preferences.
Integrate evidence-based practices into care delivery while recognizing the need for policy revisions based on new evidence.
Utilize data to monitor care outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Minimize risks to patients and providers by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Use information technology effectively for patient care documentation and communication.
