shift Part Time Receptionist

Job Description This position is for a part-time receptionist. Various shifts are available. Hours will be various shifts based on your availability including weekdays (M-F) 9:00 am - 5:00 pm . More hours including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and staying late are required during the busy tax season (February to April). Seasonal opportunities and hours are also available (September - May). This is a great opportunity for college students studying finance or accounting to get part-time office work experience.

Amicably greeting clients and answering phone calls

• Organizing materials for meetings
• Typing documents
• Updating client database profiles and folders
• Conducting clerical duties such as filing, copying, printing and scanning
• Managing e-mail accounts by checking and responding to e-mails
• Microsoft Office proficient
