Salary Range: $19.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Under direct supervision of the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, this position performs Human Resources related duties and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Onboarding, training, compliance and employment equity programs. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.

Provides administrative support to Human Resources function as needed, including record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS maintenance and administration.

Sets up all new employees in the HRIS.

Conducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of policies, procedures and benefit options. Process all onboarding data and documentation (E-Verify, compensation, tax information, direct deposit.)

Acts as a resource for Payroll/HR contacts to ensure their understanding and compliance with benefit and HR policies and regulations. Prepares government reports related to EEO compliance and other HR functions.

Writes, revises, edits and proofreads company policies and procedures and related documents as needed. Maintains HRIS to share information with all employees electronically.

Assists in organizational training and development efforts.

Make sure each new hire has proper uniform per positions

Coordinates employee events/company outings and community involvement campaigns including United Way. Participates on organization committees as required by HR Director.

Bachelor’s Degree required; Two years of experience in a human resources position, recruiting experience highly preferred.

Ability to read and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
