Contract Recruiter - Full Time Recruiter

Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is based in San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in‑office collaboration.

This contract role, with potential to convert to a full‑time employee position, requires a recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment and can manage large candidate pipelines without sacrificing quality or candidate experience. The ideal candidate moves quickly, stays organized at scale, and is energized by hitting aggressive hiring targets.

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple high‑volume requisitions simultaneously, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates

Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referral networks

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies that scale

Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate) to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput

Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across multiple roles and hiring teams simultaneously

Ensure timely communication and feedback loops between candidates and hiring teams

Support onboarding handoffs in collaboration with the People team to ensure smooth transitions for new hires

Continuously improve intake, screening, and workflow processes to support sustained high‑volume hiring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high‑volume hiring environments

Proven ability to manage 20+ open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed

Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (able to track large pipelines without dropping candidate)

Clear, professional communication with candidates and hiring managers at all stages

Comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday in a fast‑moving startup environment

The US base hourly range for this full‑time contract position is between $50.00 - $65.00.
