You’ll run strategic customer engagements, launch high-impact initiatives, and help scale what’s working. Lead relationships with sales leaders and executives at customer companies, uncovering pain points and proposing high-leverage solutions

Collaborate with product and engineering to turn customer feedback into roadmap input and new feature launches

Partner with customers to shape and execute strategic sales motions on Rox

Support messaging and positioning efforts based on real-world customer outcomes

2+ years in a customer-facing role, with experience managing relationships with VP-level stakeholders or above

Deep empathy for enterprise customers and a passion for helping them succeed

comfort working with metrics, success criteria, and customer data

Previous experience in consulting, banking, or similar structured environments is a plus

Be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
