CNC Programmers- 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision metal and plastic components, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their dedicated team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Pay Range: $20 per hour + (Depending on experience)

Shift: 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) / 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) + Overtime

Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes and mills to produce high-precision components.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining processes.

Monitor machine operations, make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify specifications.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.

Mechanical aptitude with keen attention to detail and safety protocols.
