The HR Generalist/Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's human resources function, with a focus on Talent management, and providing strategic HR support to a designated business function. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage diverse responsibilities, from handling complex international assignments to driving HR projects that strengthen talent development, succession planning, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness :
Participate in and lead HR projects
Talent Management: Development/ Learning & Acquisition
HR Business Partner (HRBP) Support

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Proficient in Excel and HR Data management
Interest in HR Projects and HR Business Partnering
Fluent in English
