The James is a neighborhood restaurant offering classic American fare in the heart of James Island, Charleston. With a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, The James serves familiar, comforting dishes with genuine hospitality—creating a welcoming community space that guests love to return to. Locally operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group—the team behind acclaimed restaurants like Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and Marbled & Fin—The James upholds a culture rooted in quality, service, and people-first leadership.

You are passionate, professional, and committed to teamwork—someone who thrives in a high-performing kitchen and brings energy to every service. This is an opportunity to work in a chef-driven kitchen committed to quality and consistency.

1+ year of experience in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen
