If you want to work with cutting-edge equipment in a pristine, forward-thinking environment, this is the place for you!CNC Machinist - Goals and ObjectivesAs a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for driving machining targets and supporting the CNC Supervisor on the day-to-day operations of the CNC lathes. Your focus will be on ensuring that internal production demands are met efficiently while upholding 100% quality assurance.CNC Machinist - Duties and ResponsibilitiesProduction & Operation: Effectively and efficiently operate CNC lathes to meet or beat production demands. Quality & Blueprints: Follow precise work instructions and machining blueprint specifications to maintain world-class quality. Process & Tool Monitoring: Maintain production workflow by closely observing equipment and control points. M. duties (cleaning equipment, refilling machine oils/coolants, and emptying machine waste). Partner with the supervisor on 5S duties, inventory stock-taking, and replenishing machining materials.Flexibility: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, stay flexible in your daily tasks, and participate in cross-training opportunities.CNC Machinist - Qualifications, Knowledge, and SkillsExperience: Technical Skills: Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as Digital Calipers, Height Gages, and Fixture Gages.
