A confidential, well-regarded regional law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to support a busy bankruptcy and restructuring litigation practice. This is a strong fit for an attorney who enjoys hands-on responsibility, rigorous legal writing, and managing matters with a high level of organization and precision.

Bankruptcy focused litigation role with meaningful ownership of assignments

• Opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on restructuring and insolvency matters
• Regular collaboration, with a hybrid schedule that supports in-office teamwork
• Strong fit for attorneys who value meticulous work product and clear client communication

Draft and review pleadings, motions, and supporting briefs

• Manage discovery, including written discovery and document review
• Support hearing preparation and related advocacy, as needed
• Hybrid, in office 3 days per week

3 to 8 years of private practice experience with a focus on bankruptcy and restructuring

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Outstanding academic and professional credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong legal drafting
• Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail

Experience in commercial litigation and or finance
