Discover more about the Hourglass brand story and mission on our website hourglasscosmetics.In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Social Media and Influencer Marketing and assist with strategy and execution of Hourglass’ current and growing influencer marketing program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building strategies and creative concepts, identifying and engaging influencers, managing outreach programs, and creating engaging, brand worthy content.
Success in this role requires a well‑rounded knowledge of the influencer and social media landscape, both paid and earned. Moreover, you are data‑driven and can transform numbers into stories, on which you will base your strategic decisions.
Experience in community building programs is key, and strong cross‑functional communication skills is a must; Develop influencer campaign strategies for both paid and earned: from creative concept to influencer selection – all based on data, insights and trends
Execute influencer campaigns: influencer outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracting, content review
Lead on talent discovery, building and maintaining influencer relationships within various verticals for earned and paid executions.
Support global mailer program
Build and manage community events
Analyze and report the effectiveness of programs and competitive analysis for key stakeholders utilizing social listening tools such as Creator IQ, Tribe, Traackr, etc.
Responsible for tracking and maintaining the influencer database to ensure it is up to date
Partner with Social, Paid Media and PR teams to build synergies between our programs
Manage the affiliate marketing program in partnership with the Digital and eCommerce teams
Highly adaptable and able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities while coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
Energetic self‑starter with excellent writing and communication skills to formulate and articulate value points to internal & external teams
Strong attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open minded, persistent and highly collaborative, with a passion for and understanding of the influencer/social space and the ability to quickly learn about new technologies and platforms
You are CREATIVE: You are able to develop creative concepts and vision that support brand and business goals.
You are AGILE: You adapt well to changing needs and priorities and are able to pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines.
You are eager to learn and absorb all things related to beauty, brand and creative strategy.
Minimum 5 years influencer marketing experience with minimum 3 years in Beauty
Strong project management skills – timings, details oriented, flawless execution
Must understand Influencer Marketing to its core
Must have excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Established relationships with influencers and industry players
Knowledge of international talent is a plus
Proven success in community building
Understands best‑in‑class content storytelling
Must have a good understanding of paid media (opportunities and limitations)
Data oriented, each activation informs the following ones
Keeps a balance between personal accountability and delivery through teamwork
Able to manage multiple priorities, work at pace, and offer support across concurrent projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good knowledge of communications technologies, especially, but not limited to, the Microsoft Office 365 suite, with strong SharePoint skills
Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time
This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
