As the Pharmacy Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of top-quality patient care while adhering to industry regulations and standards.
Pharmacy Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily operations, ensuring all practices are in line with state and federal regulations.
Ensure that the pharmacy and its staff adhere to all regulations, guidelines, and best practices for home infusion therapies.
Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal of medications and supplies.
Handle record-keeping, documentation, and periodic audits to ensure compliance and high-quality care.
Lead, train, and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
Address any staff concerns, conflicts, or performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with healthcare professionals, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and quality care.
Represent our client in professional and industry forums, sharing knowledge and networking with peers in the home infusion space.

A valid Pharmacist license in the state of California.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing a pharmacy team.
Strong understanding of state and federal pharmacy regulations.
