Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter will oversee daily operations and ensure each department is in line with the company's goals and objectives. The Technical Recruiter will have responsibilities in human resources, recruiting, finance, accounting, and marketing. The HR Recruiter will assist in recruiting, training, compliance, and ensure the proper resources are available. This position reports to the HR Director.

Lead recruiting team on daily activities, reporting, sourcing, interview setup, and selection of applicants for technical positions

Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties

List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels

Call applicants and perform phone screens

Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant

Create portfolio of possible candidates for hiring manager

Keep track of all applications and EEO, VETS 4212, and AAP reporting

Ensure proper compliance and effective outreach programs

Participate in implementing new recruiting technology such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools

Legal Compliance

Forecast budgets for recruiting expenses

Advise Managers on Organizational Policy Matters and Recommend Needed Change

Assisting HR Department in other capacities

Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3 years technical recruiting experience

Skills/Qualifications: High level communication, analytical, writing, creative, sales, and leadership skills

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years technical recruiting experience

Organizational Skills: Can plan and prioritize work, both their own and that of project team. Natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Able to drive things forward regardless of personal interest in the task.

Communications: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to team members and clients, verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, elected officials, executive leadership, senior management, users, vendors and subcontractor personnel.
