If you are looking for a challenging, rewarding career in the IT industry, come join us at our MSP company!Responsibilities:Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of client systems and infrastructureWork closely with System Admin Level 1 and Level 3 teams to ensure our clients' IT needs are met with speed and efficiencyParticipate in the design and execution of system upgrades and maintenance plansMaintain Active Directory in regard to on-boarding/off-boarding employees, including synchronization with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDriveMaintain Office 365 mailboxes for the company and troubleshoot issues as neededProvide basic support for Azure Virtual Desktops for remote usersSetup new desktops and related software for new and existing usersRequirements:At least 3 years in a technical support position1 year of experience working for an MSPKnowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-VExperience with RMM tools such as ConnectwiseUnderstanding of Active Directory, with Azure and Office 365 integrationsComprehensive knowledge of Windows OS through 10 and Microsoft Office through 2019Benefits:Salary $75,000-$80,000Health/Dental/VisionPromotions/growth401k with company matchTravel Reimbursement2 to 3 days WFHPTO
