We’re looking for a Director, Investment Banker to:
Conduct quantitative analysis concerning all phases of the business merger and acquisition process, including due diligence, financial modelling, and marketing materials.
Assist with operating and merger models, valuation and pro forma analysis, diligence, and other M&A processes. Support the origination of opportunities across the Corporate and Private Equity landscape by liaising with other internal and external parties on transactions, including lawyers, accountants, and counterparties.
Deal with public buy-side and private sell-side transactions.
Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Associate, Associate, or related occupation.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Associate, Associate, or related occupation.
