Cnc Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in the Dublin, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machining equipment, G-Code programming, and precision manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and detail-oriented professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic production environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machining equipment according to production specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Utilize G-Code knowledge to support machine operation and troubleshooting.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Perform routine inspections of finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain production records and documentation as required.
Assist with general manufacturing and production activities.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Required Experience & Skills:
Experience working with G-Code programming.
Familiarity with WorkNC software.
Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience required.
Experience operating or working with the following equipment is preferred:
SNK-RB4
DC4
Makino KE55
Okuma MA-630VB
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
