• *We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our plumbing business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in plumbing systems, and a proven track record in managing teams to deliver exceptional service.
• *Team Leadership:** Lead and manage a team of plumbers and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

Project Management:** Coordinate and schedule plumbing projects, including installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and efficient resource allocation.
Quality Assurance:** Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all plumbing projects, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Customer Relations:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:** Manage inventory levels of plumbing materials and equipment, overseeing procurement, storage, and distribution to support project requirements and minimize waste.
Compliance and Safety:** Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, codes, and safety standards, implementing policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment for employees and clients.
Budgeting and Cost Control:** Develop and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Performance Analysis:** Analyze operational performance metrics, such as productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Vendor and Supplier Relations:** Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing for materials and services.
Continuous Improvement:** Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the operations department, identifying opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and skills development to enhance overall performance and competitiveness.

**Proven experience in a managerial role within the plumbing industry, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems, techniques, and materials.

• Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and plumbing software applications.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
